A pond with fish enhances the outdoor space and brings you calm and serenity. You're woken up by the birds. Sometimes you see a fox or a deer pass by in front of the large bay window… It is an ideal place to spend a few days of vacation or rest after a day of work. Whether you're a vacationer or a worker, this home will meet your needs. It is also perfectly suited for a long-term stay! Guest access The accommodation is located on the lower level of the property, independent of the rest of the house. You have access to the outdoor spaces and the terrace in front of your entrance. Check-in can be done independently with a lockbox. But I will be there most of the time to welcome you. Other things to note We remind guests that no cleaning fee is taken into account in the amount of the stay. Therefore, it is requested that the accommodation be returned in the same condition as when you arrived (trash cans emptied and dishwasher emptied) Any additional person generates an additional cost of €10/night to cover the costs related to linen and charges (electricity and water for the shower among others) The nightly rate is calculated as fairly as possible! During the heating season, please be eco-friendly and do not leave windows open! Electricity is expensive! The comfortable temperature is between 19 and 20. Beyond that, there is overconsumption… If, however, 1 abuse is noted, we will be obliged to ask you for 1 supplement calculated on the amount of the Kw in force! We also remind you that no smoking is allowed inside the accommodation and no pets are allowed. We do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A clarification: The accommodation is only about 5 km from the TGV station, but without a car, visits are limited… Here, it's the countryside, calm and rest!
