Kitchen and Dining Area -Furnished with NEW and functional kitchenwares that includes: Refrigerator, induction stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking pans and utensils (mugs, plates, glasses, spoons, forks and etc) -Dining Area compose of three chairs and round table to eat your sumptious meal. Bedroom Area -New queen sized bed that provides comfort. Guaranteed fresh linens for every guests to ensure cleanliness, sanitary/good hygiene and quality sleep. Equipped with telephone and lampshade for your reading purposes. -Queen size floor matress is provided with blanket and pillows. Two persons can be fit. Bathroom Area -Bathroom essentials are provided. Towels for each guests, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and paper towel and lastly equipped with shower heater. WIFI And Air Conditioning -The unit has split type air condition that enough to cool the entire place and FIBRE wifi connection. Security -To ensure the safety of the guests, security officers are on duty 24/7 within the condominium premises. Reception is available 24/7 as well. Guest access Guest can enjoy complimentary access to swimming pool located a 4th floor. Opens at 6am and closes at 8pm. Gym is available at the 5th floor of West Tower. Parking lot is available but with minimal fee. Smoking area is located at the 4th floor. Other things to note ** Before check-in, guests must register their personal information in accordance and relevant to condominium regulations. Thus, your privacy will be maintain and confidential. ** SECURITY DEPOSIT is required which amounted to 1000 pesos, and will be refundable if there are no damages or tear stuffs inside the unit. ** Absolutely NO PARTY. ** The earliest check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12NN on the next day. ** If you have special request or want to check-in/check-out, kindly inform us in advance. ** SMOKING is not allowed inside the unit. Please utilize the smoking area. ** Kindly place the garbage properly, and once garbage bag is full. Kindly place outside of the door. GARBAGE pick up time: Morning, noon and evening. ** NO SHOES inside the unit. Slippers are provided for your convinience. ** Since the unit is already cleaned, we humbly ask to maintain the environment as clean and neat. ** NO EXCESS GUEST. We cannot accomodate excess guests for better experience and comfortability of your stay. *** Effective March 2024, as per condo bldg policy, we can only allowed to accept bookings with min stay of 3days and 2nights. *** For pool and gym use, we will collect: 350php-gym (one time use only)-per guest 100php-pool (one time use only)-per guest Also required by the condo bldg. Please let me know ahead of time so I can settle the payment in the Property Management of the condo for a hassle free stay and for the facility ticket. The collection can send to me via cash/gcash/bank transfer. *** trash may leave outside of the unit and garbage collection is 3x a day, 7am, 1pm and 7pm
