This Penthouse Apartment is self contained with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and overlooks Byron's Main Beach. Located on the top floor, it boasts some of the most impressive panoramic ocean views in Byron from the private balcony, living room and main bedroom. The Main Bedroom has a King size bed and the second Bedroom has 2 Singles that can be joined into a king size bed. A fifth guest can stay on a rollaway bed. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. The space A completely self-contained Penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and allocated off-street parking. The private balcony offers unobstructed views over Byron Bay's famous Main Beach. Guests have access to Bayview's beautiful common areas including the resort style pool and outdoor dining/bbq area. Guest access Bayview Beachfront Apartments offer a range of 20 attractive 1 and 2 bedroom self-contained apartments in Byron Bay, set on 3 levels overlooking Byron Bay’s Main Beach, our fabulous pool, lush tropical gardens, and the Bayview courtyard. Other things to note CAR PARKING (max height 2 metres) - Access to our car park is via Bay Lane (the back of our building). You will need to check in at the front desk before accessing the car park. STRICTLY 1 CAR per unit. Group bookings of more than 2 apartments made in the same or different names are not accepted. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or functions of any nature are permitted. Only Bayview guests permitted to use the pool and BBQ facilities. These rules are put in place for all Bayview guests' comfort and right to quiet enjoyment of the facilities. This policy is strictly adhered to and no exceptions are made. Excessive noise from anyone will result in immediate eviction and loss of tariff. This includes group bookings/gatherings/parties. Ocean Views: Budget and Standard apartments do not have ocean views. Some superior apartments have views but if you booked online, this is strictly subject to availability on arrival. Early Check In: Subject to availability on arrival. Some apartments may be ready before 2pm, please contact the office for more information. We are more than happy to store your luggage within office hours. Extra Car Park: Each apartment at Bayview has only 1 allocated car space and there is no additional onsite parking. BEDDING: By default 1 bedroom apartments have a king size bed and 2 bedroom apartments have a Queen bed and 2 singles. Some apartments have beds that can be joined or split. Bedding configuration can only be changed if requested at least 48 hours in advance. BABY SUPPLIES: Portacots are available for hire through our reception for $55.00 for your entire stay. Baby Packs which include a portacot, highchair and baby bath are also available for $66.00 for the entire stay. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and issue a full refund. These events include, but are not limited to, sale of the property, weather damage, power blackouts, insect infestation, floods, plumbing issues and any other unusual event.
