The space Modern, spacious, and very clean. So close to the trendy hub and Tech Gulch, yet quiet and peaceful. Keyless entry. Deluxe Queen Nest bed and Daybed/Twin Bed. For extra guests we can set up the twin bed in cubby and/or the cot-see photos. Washer/dryer, full amenities. All linens, towels, bath supplies provided for suitcase ready experience. Full size tub/shower. Smart 55" TV with Apple AirPlay 2 compatibility. The Suite is a part of an Edwardian residential house and owners occupy the floors above. I am on-site and available if needed. Note common areas. Guest access Easy transit to downtown, Caltrain, Soma, Moscone Convention Center, UCSF Mission Bay, Chase Center, Dogpatch, ATT Park, Uber, Open AI, CCA. BART Subway, bus lines, bikes, e-bikes, scooters all nearby. 1 block from Zuckerberg ZSFG Hospital. Shuttle runs every 20 minutes between ZSFG and UCSF locations. PARKING: -Our shared private garage is available for $25 per night. Can go in/out as needed. -Street parking is fairly easy but read the signs. Free street parking night & weekend with no time limit. Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm: 1 hour limit. -For 2+ weeks I may be able to arrange an All Day Street Parking permit with no hourly limit if requested a month in advance. ~$5/day. Other things to note We cannot accommodate any animals due to allergies. Not suitable for children under age six since not child or baby proofed.
