This is a 3 bedrooms house and a Mezzanine. the listed space is bedroom #1,queen bed, you'll share any of the two bathrooms. Patches, Cooper, Khal ,another traveler and I will be your house mates. Adorned by unparalleled beauty .Most residents are 2nd and 3rd generation dwellers .I invite you to give it a look as you walk the beaches and, eclectic 6th street down to the water front, where ( at the Museum) you can for as long as you choose, travel back to its genesis. My home in San Pedro sits on the tip east end of the gorgeous Palos Verdes Peninsula , near parks with walking trails and, shopping centers that offer a wide selection of services i,e. Banks, health food stores, international market(Trader Joes) and restaurants.I am also only a five minute drive to the Catalina Island terminal ; the ride to the island is a choice between 30 and 45 minutes. Please look at the bathrooms carefully and bring a pair of appropriate foot wear , if falling is a concern. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking tools , minas a microwave. Upon your arrival I will do a walk through; if there are particular requirements please advice and, I will be more than pleased to accommodate your needs. San Pedro is less than 8 miles from Redondo Beach, and the Terranea Resort. Venice Beach can be reached exactly in 17 minutes when traffic is moderate, I make the drive daily, it is my place of employment.the commute to Santa Monica and Down town L.A. is about 30. minutes depending on time of day.
