The space *UPPER GROUND FLOOR - 54 sqm.* - Living room area with 43'' TV with Netflix, L-type sofa that can seat up to 10 guests - Dining area with 3 x 10 ft dining table that can seat up to 16 guests, sofa - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooking stove & utensils, microwave oven (guests may cook food without cooking charges) - Bathroom with toilet, cold & hot shower *SECOND FLOOR - 40 sqm.* - Bedroom 1 with one double bed (2 guests) - Bedroom 2 with one bunk bed (2 guests) - Sofa bed in hallway (1 guest) - Shared bathroom with toilet & cold & hot shower - Access to a small balcony overlooking the road *THIRD FLOOR - 40 sqm.* - Bedroom 3 with one double bed (2 guests) connected to a bathroom with toilet, cold & hot shower - Bedroom 4 with one single bed, one double bed (3 guests) connected to a bathroom with toilet, cold & hot shower *ATTIC - 30 sqm.* - Bedroom 5 with one queen bed w/ pull-out, one double bed (6 guests) Guest access *PARKING* Two accessible parking spaces are assigned to you. Buses and large high-ceiling vans may not fit in the garage. Guests must carefully drive down a steep driveway from the highway to reach the townhouse. *BBQ GRILLING* A shared open space in the townhouse compound overlooking the road can be used for BBQ grilling. Other things to note *PUBLISHED RATE & EXTRA FEES* Our published base rate is for 12 guests. Extra fees of P550 per head per night will be charged for more than 12 guests. For a headcount of more than 16, please settle extra fees with the host. Our maximum capacity is 18 guests only. *TOILETRY ESSENTIALS* Guests are advised to bring personal toiletries (ex. shampoo & soap), bath towels, and slippers. These will not be provided in the unit. *PET POLICY* We strictly do not allow pets in our unit. *OTHER FREE AMENITIES* All beds will be fitted with clean pillows, bedsheets, & blankets. Electric fans are provided in all bedrooms. Kitchen paper towels, toilet paper & 5-gallon mineral water will be provided for free. *NEAREST SUPERMARKET* Puregold Jr. Supermarket is about 1.2 km. or 3 minutes drive from our place. It is located along Marcos Highway before you arrive at our unit from Manila.
