From extensive custom furniture and artwork, to the pool deck and spa with views that stretch for miles. The space Our home is a beautiful retreat with an expansive outdoor area. The location is ideal: close to downtown Austin and hot-spots like Saxon Pub, Broken Spoke, Alamo DraftHouse and the original James-Beard award-winning restaurant Uchi. It is a complete oasis within the city. Outside, you'll find a huge private deck with a modern pool and hot-tub that has a massive view of the Barton Creek Greenbelt. There is plenty of seating at the outdoor dining table and chaise lounge chairs - all custom made stainless steel sling furniture. There is a private cabana draped in imported textiles with an outdoor couch at the opposite end of the pool, near the large outdoor kitchen, with a stainless steel gas grill. Inside, every room is beautifully and functionally furnished. There are three bedrooms, an additional small bonus sitting room, that also functions as an additional bedroom with a single day bed. We love to cook, so we have a chef's kitchen complete with over-sized gas stove top and double wall ovens and a huge open great-room. The dining room has an eight seat table to enjoy meals at. The great-room and the master bedroom both have a wall of windows and sliding doors that open directly up to the pool and patio, offering a great view and easy access to the outdoor area. As if the large outdoor hot tub is not enough, our master bathroom has a private two-person, jetted spa bath tub in addition to a large two-person walk-in rain shower. The master bedroom has a king sized Tempur-Pedic bed and the second and third bedrooms each have queen-size beds. The second bathroom has a full bath-tub/shower combo. There is also an additional sitting room that has a daybed that can sleep one person. The home is one-story and sleeps seven. The backyard borders the Barton Creek Greenbelt and is fenced-in with a gate that closes the home off from the hill behind it. The home is in a much sought-after Austin neighborhood that is right on the edge of downtown Austin. It is only a few minutes drive to just about everything. Within a five minute drive straight north on Lamar Street are several of the best restaurants and bars in town, there is easy access to the main North-South and East-West highways just a couple minutes to the South. It is ideally located to access anything in the city and is very close to the airport, the F1 track, SXSW, ACL Music Festival and access to every type of shopping. There are few rentals in all of Austin that combine the high-end amenities with the city location and easy access.
