Managed entirely by the owners, this house has been in the family for almost a century, so the love we have for it is the same as the love we put into everything we do. Guests have free public parking for cars on the streets surrounding the house. On the street of the house, parking is paid during the day. Other things to note Portuguese Local Accommodations are required to report the presence and identification data of all guests to the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF). Therefore, all foreign and domestic guests must have an ID (Citizen Card or Passport) and show it at check-in. No guest who refuses to show their ID will be accommodated and the incident will be reported to the competent authorities. At check-in, the person who made the reservation must be present. If not, no one will have access to the accommodation. The entry and stay of people other than those identified at check-in is prohibited. If this happens, the situation will be reported to the competent authorities. Unaccompanied minor guests are not allowed. All guests must be registered, regardless of their nationality, so the accommodation of guests without prior consent and registration is expressly prohibited. Use the container provided. This house has containers for the separation of plastic, paper, glass and organic waste. Use them. To avoid unwanted visitors, lock the door while you're out! Portugal is a safe country, but petty thefts occur everywhere, so please don't make life easier for thieves. Please make sure the door is locked before leaving at all times. At check-out, do not leave the key in the door lock. Also, check that the window and shutter are closed. Do not take items that are part of the house's inventory with you. All articles are inventoried. In Portugal, the theft of equipment and/or materials is a crime! Although the house is ground floor, it is located at a higher level than the street, so there are some access stairs (two flights of stairs).
