Thank you. The space Set up for your family’s comfort in mind, our apartment is ideal for those with children. We understand how tricky it can be to find cost effective places to stay with multiple children, so have set up our place to best utilise the space as well as provide plenty of sleeping options whilst still being super comfy! As parents of 3 little ones ourselves; we’ve thought of everything. Child proof eating ware, sand and beach toys and child locks for your peace of mind. TVs/DVD players in both rooms as well as a sound bar in the main room will keep the family entertained too! Two way access to both the bathroom and balcony will ensure privacy if you want to enjoy a bevy whilst your little ones sleep without disturbing them. Wifi, whilst available within our apartment, is a paid service available from Mantra’s reception. In order to keep our prices affordable, if guests require wifi, it will be at an additional charge. We considered raising our prices to include the Mantra‘a wifi fee; but as most of our guests are families with young children who spend their days out and about; we thought we’d keep our prices low, rather than raising them to include an amenity not everyone requires. Kick back and enjoy all the resort has to offer; beautiful pools, hot tub, spa, restaurants, gym, games room all only a stones throw from the beautiful patrolled beach! With a tram spot located conveniently at the front door, travel to the theme parks is easy. The famous Cavill Avenue is only a 5 minute stroll away for shopping and nightlife. Guest access Our guests can access all of Crown Tower’s amenities as well as enjoy free car parking, at a fraction of what it would cost to book via the hotel itself. Other things to note Our apartment is primarily set up for families with children. Although stated that it sleeps 5 guests; please be aware that the bunk beds carry weight restrictions for your safety. Guests exceeding 80kg are not permitted to use the bunk, so we don't want to make things awkward and leave guests without a bed. All details are outlined in our guest manual. We are not liable for failure to adhere to safety regulations which may result in injury or damage to our property. Any damages resulting from improper use of our furniture will be charged to you. Please keep this in mind when booking to avoid disappointment. We want everyone to enjoy a safe stay, and to avoid the awkwardness of having to explain the impracticality of adults utilising beds intended for children. Although very comfortable for families; there is only 1 bathroom and lavatory so it is not ideal for a group of adults. To be as polite as possible; a group of adults squeezed into our apartment to save on accomodation rates would be blatantly inappropriate. Unfortunately we have been taken advantage of a couple of times now; and have had our property damaged and stolen in the process. We keep our prices cheap so other families can enjoy an affordable getaway. If you’re a group of 6 adults just wanting a place to crash whilst you party; this isn’t the place for you. $120 per night does not cover the cost of cleaning alcohol spillages, make-up covered sheets and towels (nice ones too!) and vomit from carpets. This is our children’s home away from home; if you wouldn’t do it in your own home, please don’t do it in ours. We apologise for having to put this in writing; but an apartment full of children are not capable of causing the damage that 6 grown adults on a weekend bender can cause. We love our little holiday home; and love sharing it with others so they too can treat their families to an affordable getaway. It really is a magical location; our children would live in the lagoon pool if they could! SCHOOLIES: Please note that although our apartment is privately owned; the Resort's Body Corporate has its own provisions in place which are beyond our control. If unsure, please check with the resort itself. A bond of $500 per person, identification and registration with schoolies dot com may be required to use the resort's amenities. There is strict security in place to ensure everyone's enjoyment and to deter negative behaviour. We hope you'll understand and appreciate our position and come stay with us soon! You won't regret it!
