Beautiful old house restored in the heart of the Medina with a garden and a large 360 ​​° terrace with views of medina and mountains. The location is ideal (central - Haouta) to visit the city and live at its own rythm with all the necessary comfort. 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds including 1 child bed (1.5m). Each room has its own bathroom. Possibility of heating in the rooms in winter. Breakfast can be prepared on reservation. The space The house is not immediately on the street, so the location is central but quiet. It is ideal for family travel. It was restored, furnished and decorated with care, almost entirely with Moroccan products, favoring small-scale production of the Rif and near Chefchaouen regions. It consists of a kitchen, a large lounge, a central patio, 4 bedrooms, 1 large terrace and a garden with a small summer kitchen. The rooms are made up as follows: - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (including 3 standard beds and a small bed about 1m50) The rooms have their own bathroom. - 2 bedrooms with a double bed on the floor of the first terrace. Both rooms also have a bathroom and toilet each. A baby bed can be added. The kitchen is fully equipped. The small kitchen overlooking the garden allow to prepare small meals outside without having to move the kitchen units. The living room and the 1st floor each have a wood stove diffusing a pleasant heat. The house can be heated when it's cold. The top terrace allows to spend evenings on beautiful Moroccan benches in the candlelight, to contemplate the beautiful starry sky of Chefchaouen. It offers a clear and beautiful views over the medina on one side, and the three big mountains on which the city relies on the other. The garden is shaded much of the day. A table with a parasol allow you enjoy lunch.
