The cozy and modern studio is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for both short and long periods. Nai Harn Beach, the lake and many cafes, restaurants and bars are just a 10-minute walk away. Even during the COVID pandemic, this place remained the liveliest neighborhood — with active athletes, surfers, families with children, and freelancers. The gym and pool are open as usual. The space Our 45 sq.m studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: A kitchen, automatic washing machine, Wi-Fi, balcony with table and two chairs, sofa, queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, shower room, hairdryer, clothes dryer, smart TV and desk. Free Wi-Fi internet is available. Electricity and water are paid separately (not included in the rental rate). The deposit is 10,000 baht. The complex has a gym, elevator, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lobby and underground parking. The beach is just a 10-minute walk along the lake and park. A perfect place to relax in the tropics near the sea — all the tourist amenities of Nai Harn Beach are within a walking distance. Other things to note Please note that electricity and water are paid separately according to meter readings. Tariffs: electricity — 7 baht per kW, water — 70 baht per cubic meter. Usually the costs are about 3000 baht per month. Cleaning during the stay is not included in the rental price. It can be ordered additionally — 1000 baht at a time (cleaning takes 2–3 hours). We do not mind families with children staying — you can use the sofa, and if necessary, an extra set of bed linen is provided. Our manager will meet you and, if you wish, tell you about the surroundings. We also have a locker next to the door — you can get the keys for self check-in. We will send detailed instructions and the code in advance. Late check-in (after 6 p.m.) costs 1000 baht. Self check-in is also possible through a locker with a code. The security deposit is 10,000 baht, payable in cash at check-in.
