Plaza de la Constitución and the iconic Calle Larios are just a few steps away, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Malagueta Beach is a pleasant 15-minute walk along the Paseo del Parque. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a dressing table. The living room includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. (Note: the use of the sofa bed has an additional cost of 20 euros when only 2 people are staying, and is assembled on request). The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped, with a washing machine and dishwasher. Double glazed windows and wooden blinds on the outside ensure tranquility and privacy.
