You can enjoy a leisurely walk through the neighborhood only 1 mi. to the water. 2 miles to Belews lake public boat landing. This located is only 30 min. from Greensboro Inter. Airport, 30 min. from Winston-Salem and 40 min. from High Point. Shopping is convenient with 5 towns all with-in 5 to 10 miles The space The house has 1,450 square feet with wall to wall carpet through out. We had a new central air system installed Nov. 2019 (heat pump). There are 3 smart T.V.s, one in the den and in each bedroom Both bedrooms have a bureau, side tables and closet available. We offer a washer and dryer that are located in the garage entering through the kitchen. The washing detergent is in the cabinet above the W/D.
