Mill Creek Falls Retreat is a 32 acre campground, located along historic Mill Creek, and includes many meandering trails through the woodlands, along the creek and falls. The property is adjacent to 96 acres of preserved land for community use. The Fairy Cabin is one of our three family cabins set into the hill above The Commons - our event venue. Guests in the Fairy Cabin have access to all public outdoors spaces such as the extensive trail network, swing circles, sports courts and more! The space The best part of Mill Creek is the land! Beautiful trails crisscross throughout the property. Take the river trail or creek trail to experience the falls, the old Mill ruins, and the Nature Center nestled amongst thousands of hostas. There are hills of Pennsylvania's mountain laurel surrounding the creek and plenty of wildlife to observe and photograph. Please note that cabins come with mattresses, but guests bring their own linens (pillow, sheets or camping bag and towel). We have these items for rent if you contact us ahead of time. The pool is open and is a shared amenity for Mill Creek Falls Retreat guests. We are located in SouthEastern York County, an easy drive from York Metro, Lancaster and the Baltimore area region. Guest access The Fairy Cabin is located a short distance from picnic tables, disc golf course and sports courts, all of which are available to guests. Other things to note We are excited to offer Mill Creek as a flexible retreat center for family, friends and colleagues to get together and reconnect. Sometimes guests neglect to read the full listing and we have a unique property, so it is essential that guests have proper expectations for a glamping trip to the woods! Our "hidden message" to let us know you have read all the details is "Meet You in the Woods". The Fairy Cabin is heated by an electric fireplace only and will close in mid-November. The pool is now closed for the season and will reopen next summer. PLEASE NOTE: We are a campground retreat center and DO NOT offer WIFI. Cell coverage is good for AT&T and Sprint, but can be spotty for other carriers. You will need to bring your own towels, sheets or sleeping bag and favorite pillow unless you purchase a linen package from us prior to your stay. PLEASE NOTE: October and November is hunting season in Pennsylvania. We have a STRICT NO HUNTING policy at camp.
