A fully equipped kitchen with appliances allows you to comfortably prepare meals, while the equipped terrace and a green indoor garden for your exclusive use will allow you to enjoy tranquility and freshness when you wake up or in the evening hours. Near the apartment you will find a minimarket, post office, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurants, bar-cafes, pubs, and lounge bars. What is occupancy tax The tourist tax – governed by art. 4 of Legislative Decree no. 23 of March 14 - is the tax charged to those who stay in the accommodation facilities. Who pays the tourist tax: All those who stay in accommodation facilities in the territory of the Municipality up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights in the same structure. RATE €1.50 per night per person. Children and teenagers up to the age of fourteen are exempt from paying the accommodation tax. The accommodation tax must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
