Carter’s Hill Cottage sits on two acres and is only three miles from the Twickenham House. Enjoy the sun coming over the mountain while you sip on a hot coffee while sitting on our fully covered front porch. The cottage is only minutes from the towns of Jefferson and West Jefferson with a view of Mt. Jefferson (4665 ft) in front of the cottage and Phoenix Mtn to the rear of the cottage. Although you are so close to all the fun, you are secluded with no neighbors in view. The space The property borders Ashe County Park and a short walk will give you access to the disc golf course, trout pond, skate park, baseball fields, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, playground, trails and more. Guest access The entire house. The washer/dryer is in the unfinished basement. Other things to note Ashe Memorial Hospital is only minutes away. There will be a house phone for 911 emergencies only.
