Barn in Mendocino

The Loft at Spring Ranch is only 2 miles from the village of Mendocino yet surrounded by open park land of Van Damme State Park. The Loft is like being in a tree house or on the bridge of a ship. This is a great romantic spot. It is also a great place to unwind and reset. The biggest problem is that you will not want to leave! You can walk to the ocean from the property and watch whales migrating in the spring and fall, seals pupping in the summer, and massive waves breaking in the winter. The space The Loft at Spring Ranch is the top floor of an old carriage barn 20' above the ground. There is a private entrance, curved stairway, great room with leather sofa & chair, stone gas fireplace, open kitchen and spacious granite counter with two bar chairs, bathroom with a shower/tub, and bedroom with an inviting king bed. The interior is very warm with redwood wainscoting and hand split beams. Spring Ranch is one of the grandest Victorian ranches on the California coast. Guest access The Loft is 100% yours with its own parking space and private entrance. The area below the Loft is just storage so there is no noise. The hot tub is shared if the Victorian next door is rented. Other things to note You are fortunate to have connected with us, as Spring Ranch Mendocino is only open to the public when we are not hosting exclusive events.
