This large private, fully furnished executive home (+4,500 sq ft) is in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk to stores, restaurants, and the University of Colorado-Boulder campus. You will have access to two private rooms and the common areas in the hosts' home. Perfect house for attending University and Boulder events (graduation, cultural and sports events, etc.). You don't have to cross a street to get to the campus. There are 5-7 steps to all bedrooms and our foyer has steps to the kitchen and living room areas in case some of your party members are elder or have mobility restrictions. Each room has guides to Boulder (e.g., restaurants, breweries, etc.) You are renting two private rooms in our house, not the entire house and may be sharing the common spaces with the hosts. The two bedrooms are in a private suite that shares a full bath. Since you are sharing the house, you are welcome to use the kitchen on a limited basis for light breakfasts (e.g., toast and coffee, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.), lunches (e.g., cold cut sandwiches, etc.), and carry-out, but not cooking.
