Self contained cosy King Studio in a quiet, private location in Burleigh Heads. Set beneath a midcentury modern home built in 2019, you’ll feel immersed in nature yet still close enough to walk to everything Burleigh offers. A short stroll to shops and only 10-15 minutes walk to the famous Burleigh Beach. The space A private deluxe studio room. Fully self contained facilities, King sized bed, plus single sofa bed if required for a 3rd guest. Indoor/outdoor living with your own paved and grass area in front. Fan, Air-conditioning, smart TV. We take pride and care in offering our guests quality comfort, stylish space, impeccable cleanliness all within walking distance to the beach. Bookings of 8 or more nights include a weekly service (vacuum & linen change). PET GUIDE: happy to host guests with a small to medium sized and low shedding dog. Please provide your own dog crate or bed and dogs not to be on furniture or the bed. Please also note that the grass area is not fenced in. Guest access Private studio apartment located underneath our family home. Your space has a separate entrance down the footpath in front, grassed area for guest use only, views to the mountains and outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunsets. With off street, secure parking available just meters from your room it is easy to access and private for guest use. Other things to note Please indicate if you require the sofa bed made up for your stay. Infant stays: Cot bed (with linen) & high chair hire is an additional $45AUD per stay. We do have 2 children living upstairs that you may hear from time to time.
