Enjoy your holiday in this inviting house and take in the stunning view while lounging by the swimming pool in the garden. Only a short car journey away, the regions towns and charming villages offers a wide shopping and dining out experience. The space The Cascina is in Piemonte (Mombercelli), in the earth of the wonderful wine region listed among UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Cascina is divided into a main house and 2 separate apartments. The main house has a large dining room, with seating for up to 10 people around the table. The dining room is combined with the kitchen on the ground floor, next to the cozy living room for entertaining the guests. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have balconies with exceptional views. The Ca’Gulio apartment have a large bedroom and bathroom and a living room with a kitchen. The Ca’Gulio apartment is situated on the ground floor with access for wheelchair users. The apartment have also a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room. The Ca’Teresa apartment on first floor have a large bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, with a lovely view from the balcony over the pool and the nearby vineyards. The swimming pool is 12x5 meters and has a depth of 0.8 x 1.5 meters. The garden is 3200 sqm and contains several different species of fruit trees and flowers. The Cascina property rental fee include the main house and the 2 apartments. Standard rental period is based on a minimum of 7 days, from Friday to Friday. Check-in and check-out days and length of rental can be negotiated with the landlord.
