The space Timber & Creek is a 1700 square foot log cabin and features rustic design with modern amenities, including A/C. Windows in every room let in natural light and forest views. 4 acres of forest provide complete privacy for your group. Stylish. Clean. Spacious. Timber & Creek is why you stay at an AirBNB. Whole House Features - Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the spacious front deck. Choose between the central heating furnace or wood burning stove to keep you warm on cold days. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room will keep you cool during the summer. Wi-fi reaches every room in the cabin and while there's no cell service on the property a landline phone is handy to make phone calls. Living Room Features - reclining chair and couch, 40-in Smart TV with fire stick (no cable), DVD player with small video library, wood burning stove, and additional seating. Kitchen - includes standard appliances such as fridge, freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, crock pot, and rice cooker. Also included are pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. Primary Bedroom - spacious room with a king-sized bed, private deck, walk-in closet with iron and ironing board, and an en-suite bathroom with a claw foot tub. 1st Guest Bedroom - features a queen-sized bed and closet with an iron and ironing board. 2nd Guest Bedroom - features a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, and closet. Loft- accessed via a spiral staircase, this spacious room features a queen-sized bed and an assortment of board games, puzzles, and DVDs. Outside- There is a small creek just outside the front door. Features include 3 wood decks, outdoor lounge area for 8 folks, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Timber & Creek does not have: Cell coverage Cable A paved driveway Outdoor fire pit Handicap Access We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Any additional guests will incur a $150 fine per person per night. Any evidence of smoking on the property will incur a $1000 fine. Any unauthorized pets on the property will incur a $500 fine. There is an exterior security camera on the front of the house. Guest access All 4 acres of the property are there for you to explore, you will be the only group on the property. Other things to note Timber & Creek has an exterior camera.
