This apartment features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All of the bedrooms open up onto the balcony, two of which have direct ocean views and the other two have side ocean views. Master Bedroom – Queen size bed & Full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed & Full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed & Full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Bedroom 4 – Two single beds & Full en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guest Loo – Toilet and basin. The spacious open plan living space offers a fully equipped self catering kitchen, flowing into the dining room that seats 8 people comfortably and a comfy lounge area featuring a TV with DSTV now and uncapped WIFI should you feel the need to connect or catch up on your favourite programs. The lounge flows into the sitting room with sliding doors that lead out onto the large balcony, set against the most magnificent backdrop of uninterrupted 180° views, with an array of seating space and sun loungers perfectly positioned to kick back and relax as you gaze into the distance, perhaps spot a dolphin or two and even close enough to watch the kids splash in the salty waters. There is a gas braai provided to enjoy a family braai and a couple of sundowners on the covered patio. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for those hot summer days. The complex is conveniently situated across the road from a small shopping centre with a grocery store, restaurants and more. The swimming pool is situated in the gardens and there is direct beach access from the complex via and electronic gate. There is a double lock up garage available and the complex has 24 hour security. Guest access Guest will be able to access the communal swimming pool area. There is a beach gate on the property which leads directly onto Willard Beach and the 5 km promenade. Other things to note This is a self-catering apartment and you will receive a cleaning service every day (except Sundays and public holidays). Your towels will be changed on the 4th day and you will get a towel and linen change on the 8th day.Beach towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge.
