Thanks so much for taking the time to read this before making any reservations: During General Community Quarantine guests’ bookings shall only be limited to the ff: -Foreign guests who are transiting through, or are otherwise temporarily staying in the Philippines for a short period of time and will leave the country -Long staying guests -Distressed OFWs -Repatriated OFWs in compliance with approved quarantine protocols -Non-OFWs who may be required to undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine -Stranded passengers -Employees of agencies and instrumentalities of the government, including GOCCs and LGUs, especially health and emergency frontline, border control and other critical services workers -Health care workers and other employees from establishments that are allowed to operate during GCQ pursuant to the IATF Omnibus Guidelines; provided, that their place of work is located in a GCQ zone, which may not be in the same area. Acceptance of bookings FOR PERSONS UNDERTAKING LEISURE TRAVEL IS NOT ALLOWED DURING GCQ and MGCQ PERIODS. New incoming hotel guest(s) ORIGINATING WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES MUST PRESENT A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE issued by a DULY-LICENSED DOCTOR attesting that the person bearing the medical certificate is FREE FROM ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19,including fever, cough ,colds and other respiratory symptoms. The medical certificate must bear the signature of the doctor, contact numbers and PRC license number. The medical certificate should have been issued AT LEAST TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS PRIOR to checking in. New incoming hotel guest(s) ORIGINATING WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES MUST NOT HAVE ANY HISTORY OF OVERSEAS TRAVEL OR EXPOSURE WITHIN THE LAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS. OFWs RETURNING TO THE PHILIPPINES AND HOTEL GUESTS COMING FROM OVERSEAS MUST PRESENT THEIR CERTIFICATE OF QUARANTINE COMPLETION AND PCR TEST RESULT PRIOR to confirmation of their booking. All incoming hotel guest(s) MUST ACCOMPLISH the HEALTH SYMPTOMS QUESTIONNAIRE (HSQ) prior to entering the building. Hotel guests CANNOT accept or entertain visitors in the unit or in any part of the common areas of the building INCLUDING THOSE PERSONAL SERVICES such as, but not limited to salon services, spa, massage services and the likes. Incoming hotel guests shall: -WEAR an appropriate face mask, DISINFECT shoes via the building’s foot bath and SANITIZE hands PRIOR to entering the building. -OBSERVE 6-feet SOCIAL/PHYSICAL DISTANCING while in the common areas. -WEAR an appropriate face mask while in the common areas of the building. -IMMEDIATELY REPORT to their respective booking front desks any signs of respiratory illness or symptoms of COVID-19. Other things to note -Please send me copy of all guests’ government-issued ID/passport UPON BOOKING to be given to the Admin Office for check-in and security purposes. Failure to do so may affect the entry of guests to the unit. You will be asked to show the original copy of your IDs and register at the Reception upon arrival. -Use of swimming pool is free for 4 authorized guests only, in excess of that, there will be a fee of 50 pesos/person (maximum of 2 persons) from 8am to 9pm (Tuesday-Sunday). -NO brownouts, with standby generators. -Posted amount is for up to 3 guests only, extra charge per additional guest is 300/night -Pay parking is available for only Php. 220 for 24 hours -Pets are not allowed (sorry) -Smoking is strictly prohibited -Please surrender the key before you leave, guests will be charged 2,000 pesos for lost keys
