No hassles House phone available unlimited calls in USA. WiFi access. (Downs) Some phone service do not work here. The space Isolated but local social. The room is clean fresh and cool in the summer warm in the winter. This is available long term and short term. Contracts available. I have hand carts for use if your parking is further away from the house than you'd like, to lighten the load. I don't allow vehicles in the living areas of the yard near pool or house. There's 2 Acer's here. Pick a spot and keep it safe. Full fenced. This is a home It's a small but roomie I'm sharing with you. Guest access Washing machine, kitchen, bathroom Living room private room. Pool area. Parking area. Out side Lounge areas. Patio east and west. The world away from here. There is a lock on the room door for your safety. Large area for temporary fences for horses. Or other large animals. Pool above grd. During your stay I can let it be if you need your space. I live in the house if you don't need help. I can be aside from your activities. I will introduce you to the house arrangements. And give you instructions how things work. And let it go afterwards.
