Very quiet mountain community and bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Refuge. Close to everything Rabun County and the surrounding areas have to offer. The neighborhood homes sit on 1 acre minimum lots. The county is a recreational county complete with lakes, waterfalls, gorges, whitewater rafting, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, gem mining, golfing, boating, ziplining, kayaking, and wineries. Historic downtown Clayton is 2 miles and will take you back to a bygone era. Clayton even has an old time soda fountain! A car is essential as there is no public transportation in the mountains. The closest grocery store is about 2 miles from the house. To enjoy all that our beautiful area has to offer you will need a car to explore. Free parking on premises for one car only.
