TANCOR 3 Residential Suites is a home for you and your loved ones. It is located at the heart of the city and only a few minutes away from all the buzz in the city. We offer different sizes of room units to cater you need ranging from Studio units, 2-bedroom units, in order to give you the best option for you style of living at very affordable rates. The space Note: NO Parking available Guest access You'll be able to access all of the amenities including the gym, pool and the sauna. Other things to note TANCOR 3 operates as a service apartment. We do not have any breakfast available in our area. Instead, we would like to maximize your home living with the utilities we provide such as the kitchen and laundry area. Public WiFi is given for free at 10mbps Premium WiFi has an upgrade at 25mbps but is charged at ₱70 per day. Guests visitors are allowed inside the premises until 10pm only. If the guest's visitors would like to stay beyond the visiting hour will automatically be charge ₱350 per head. Please present your passport upon check-in.
