The bright and light makes this space feel really unusual - I absolutely love it and I hope you will too. Since you´re in a very old downtown building it manages to feel both ancient and incredibly comfortable. The space This is a modern and cozy apartment, full of character and light, set on the third floor of an ancient typical Porto building in the trendy and vibrant center, known as one of the most attractive and picturesque areas of the Porto’s city center. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, a nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, ready to cook home made meals. Towels and linens at your disposal are included in the price and satelite Tv and wireless internet as well. It is located on a 3rd floor NO ELEVATOR. Guest access Guests have access to all the apartment. Other things to note - Please note that the apartment does not have a reception. Guests are kindly requested to state their estimated time of arrival in advance by email.- All our guests are required by law to provide their ID/Passport to ShortStayFlat and we are obliged to communicate this information to Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).- We can provide a portable baby cot- This is a residential building so do not make any noise after 10 PM- Try to leave everything as you found to preserve the space. In case you damaged something in the studio, please inform me so it can be resolved before the entry of the next guests.- If you would like to use the extra bed (with no extra guests coming) we charge 10€ to cover the laundry expenses for the extra sheets.-Check-in after 2 PM and check-out until 11 AM, unless there are no guests arriving on the same day.
