Pradeep’s Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Mihiripenna Beach. The apartment has a back-up generator for the constant power cuts and unlimited high speed fiber optic WiFi. The beaches of Mihiripenna/ Dalawella/ Thalpe/ Unawatuna are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by foot or even faster by scooter/ tuk tuk. Galle Fort is just 15 minutes away by scooter. The space Guests can use the whole apartment. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large sitting/ dining space at the open terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker-oven, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle and a blender. There are plenty of ceiling fans in all the spaces, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and hot water shower in the bathroom. The apartment solely occupies the upper level of the house and is totally private. Guest access It’s very easy to walk around the neighborhood to shops, restaurants and the beach. Scooters, bicycles and tuk tuks can be hired, and there is ample parking for small vehicles at the house.
