Whether you're staying for 2 nights or 200, this home will meet all your needs. The space The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. Upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom, also with a queen bed, and an entertainment area with a futon couch that converts into a full bed, plus another TV and DVD player. We’ve stocked the downstairs corner hutch with several games, and the entertainment area upstairs includes a drawer filled with movies and children’s books. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking or baking needs. If you need a separate workspace, there’s a desk upstairs. The bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor, just off the kitchen and laundry area. The house sits on nearly four acres of land with a small seasonal creek running through the property. For those who love to explore, you can wander through the back fields and trees, where you'll often spot deer tracks and birds. If relaxation is more your style, enjoy the back deck, play in the open field, or rest in the hammock. The house is located in a peaceful country neighborhood with a few nearby neighbors, but there's plenty of outdoor space to roam. Parking is available for two cars near the house, along with a Level 2 EV charger. There's also parking in the gravel area at the back of the property, perfect for guests traveling by motorcycle, RV, or with a boat or trailer. Please note, there are no hookups, and parking is reserved for guests only. Guest access There is one bedroom on the main floor along with the kitchen, dining and bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom and entertainment area. There are two other out buildings, the garage and an old barn that is private and not for guests use. You are welcome to walk around them and explore the grounds.
