Our villa is a modern property, maintained with great care by our full-time team to ensure a spotless Airbnb experience. The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms + a cozy baby room (can also be used as an extra adult bedroom - extra bed available at an additional cost). Located just a short walk from Berawa Beach, Atlas Beach Fest, and Finn’s Beach Club (500m), this villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a prime location in Bali. Up to 8 guests max. The space Our villa is a comfortable and welcoming property, equipped with everything you need to create wonderful moments with family and friends. Enjoy the discreet and attentive staff, along with a responsive management team that is always ready to accommodate your requests. A must ! Each of the 4 main bedrooms is equipped with AC, a flat screen SMART TV, a king-sized bed, a closet with safety box, and its own private en-suite bathroom (two of which, on top of the shower, also have a bathtub). Part of a private and secured villa complex, located in a safe dead-end street, the villa is also fully staffed, with daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), pool & garden maintenance twice a week and 24h security at the entrance of the complex. Finally, our property is also ideally located less than 500m from the Kayu Putih beach (pantai berawa), and to many restaurants, shops and bars (like the Finn’s beach club, Cafe del Mar and the new Atlas Beach Fest). A true nest of paradise for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious experience, walking distance to the beach and the bars and restaurants, while traveling on the island of the gods! * This 5th room is available only on prior request and only for families with a baby. Cot with mosquito nets and certain baby accessories (including among other high chair, changing table and barrier to block access to the descent of the stairs) are then made available. Please notify us of this request when booking. Guest access The guests have a full private access to the entire property and its amenities. Other things to note Included in every stay: - Pick up airport upon request (extra cost) - Villa’s staff with daily cleaning Monday to Saturday, and pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week - Bath & Pool towels for each guest - Hi Speed Wifi internet connection - Safety boxes in each bedroom - Bedsheet and towels: changed every 4 to 5 days - Baby accessories (upon request)
