Cozy cottage is rented out, no running water is included, so water must either be transported together with the tenant or collected in a well that is about 50m away. The cabin is set up with a solar cell of 12v , but is an energizer connected that provides 230v if needed. in summer time there is a car road up to the cabin, when winter has arrived the car must be parked about 100m away. The running network to Torpo, ÅL,Hemsedal and Gol passes about 30m from the Cabin Wall. Cozy fishing water about 50m from the cabin with plenty of fish. The cabin can also be rented for a long time.
