On 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests and 2 bathrooms can offer extra privacy for 2 couples. A special feature is the secluded courtyard garden off the dining room with outdoor seating . The house is attractively furnished, with a gracious living rooms, period sash windows & ornamental fireplaces. Payable street parking. The space ABOUT THE HOUSE: The hallway leads through to the dining/living room with piano and stylish, well-equipped modern kitchen. The ground floor living area is flooded with light from glass concertina doors which open to provide a wonderful indoor-outdoor space cleverly integrating the private walled in courtyard garden with the kitchen and dining area, great for entertaining, cocktails and alfresco dining on balmy evenings. The ground floor also offers a flexible bedroom arrangement of a superking double which can convert to twin beds. There is also a shower room and loo with a heated towel rail on this floor. Upstairs, on the first floor, is the second spacious living room, providing plenty of natural light, high ceilings with chandelier, wooden floor and Georgian fireplace. There is an elegant chaise lounge and 2 large sofa’s for you to relax after a hard day exploring Bath and plenty of interesting reading material from the vast book case. A widescreen digital TV and DVD player are also provided for your enjoyment. There is a bedroom with a single bed plus an additional pull out trundle bed for an extra person on this floor. The second (top) floor has two further bedrooms,. The first has a kingsize bed for a couple to share, while the other has a flexible bedroom arrangement of either a superking double or twin beds. The family bathroom is also on this floor, comprising a bath tub, separate shower, heated towel rail and loo. All bedrooms have hanging space, bedside tables, period fireplaces for decorative use only and central heating. Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer free on street parking, but this can be offered at a daily rate of £17.50. Guest access This will be your home while you are visiting Bath. It is all yours, which of course, you will enjoy and treat the home and all its contents with respect. Other things to note SMOKING: Smoking is allowed on the patio - as long as you use an ashtray and clean up after yourselves. Do not leave butts on the patio. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house.
