Lots of walking / bike paths in the woods, sunrise and sunset. Cool off in the pool, play some tennis. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Center 25 min by car 40 min by public transport. Free parking, perfect for trips to Segovia, Avila, Toledo etc. Please note, you are NOT renting the whole house! The space Large bedroom is about 3 x 5 meters. Small bedroom, about 2.5 x 3.5. Bathroom with shower. Remainder of the house stands on large 2000m2 lot, at the end or a road. Main house occupied by family with 3 kids. House borders on access to green area with walking paths. Neighborhood is surrounded by further green areas. Several locations have vistas and there is a park nearby. Location is great for bikers who want to cycle around the Madrid area (Escoreal etc.). There are several golf courses in the area also. Perfect location for day trips to Avilla, Segovia, Toledo, Alcala de Henares (approx 1 hour distance each - avoid the traffic). Several lakes close by also. Universidad Europea de Madrid is around the corner. Guest access You will have access to pool, tennis court, garden area, BBQ. The pool is private, part of the house, it is shared with our family, but private usage times are generally arranged to minimize contact. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID situation, we are taking special social distancing and sanitary precautions. The property is cleaned extra thoroughly also.
