During your stay We are around during the guests staying with us. Other things to note The guys Flat's rules: -You must tell us on our flat’s group about anything you would like to ask for. -We buy 6 water gallons for drinking, cleaning stuff, free WiFi, 24 hours electricity, Gas, and building bills... etc (once a month) -Be sure to have enough clothes to do laundry to save water and check everything in your clothes before using the washing machine to avoid any things that could be stuck inside. -The flat available only for guests. -Electricity orders: -It is possible to use the vacuum only with fridge. -It is possible to turn on both Water heating during midnight+Fridge only. -You can turn on the washing machine+fridge+the water heater only as the machine will get warm water directly from the tank. -You can turn on the Microwave+Fridge only. -You could throw toilet paper inside the toilet if it is recycled papers (only). -Each person should care weekly to pick up the trash, check the water's gallons and the plants to keep kitchen cleaning is also a responsible for each guest depends of their room number like the guest stays in room #1 will take care of 1th week of each month etc... -Each guest has a closet in the kitchen to store their food. -Eating available in the kitchen or balcony (there is a table and chairs and enough space) Do not storage any kind of RAW food inside the rooms pls. -Clean the kitchen and gas stove after cooking or eating for each time from 7AM until 12AM (midnight) for not disturb other guests, and keep the kitchen fan turning on for 24/7 and the kitchen's door CLOSED with the light ON. -Smoking is only on the balconies by closing the door) for health reasons, pls!!! -Each side of the balcony is private for each room. -Don’t use your boots inside ROOMS or BATHROOMS and feel free to remove your shoes and put them next to the main door or inside your room (as you prefer) -No extra guests in the rooms. -Use your MOBILE to communicate with the delivery man to open the gate and the door to get your order. -No pets or events allowed. -The Furniture should be stick into each room without making any swap with other rooms or replace bed sheets. -Let’s take care of the plants, pls. -Elevator: 6Am until 2AM -Leaving the flat could be requested from both sides the host and the guest before 1 month.
