The apartment is located on Rua Saraiva de Carvalho and was named Sé for its proximity to the Igreja da Sé, one of the main and oldest monuments of Portugal. This cathedral began to be built still in century XII, having the works extended until Century XIII. The Sé apartment building dates back to the 1930s, retaining its original structure and facades, as well as an era lift - presenting itself as one of the most interesting features of the building.
