Comfortable double room, south-facing, with a double bed and a single bed, adjoining private shower room and toilet. Also a kitchen, a veranda, a garden (all with the possibility of eating), WiFi, bicycle room, free parking. The house is a 5-minute drive from Pontivy. This room is in a house where the owner also lives. No use of the kitchen after 9:30pm Please note that even if the room is heated, the rest of the house may not be. The space There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms available (please check my other listing if you wish to rent both bedrooms). Built in 1902 but recently redecorated, the house has character and some age imperfections. The beds are comfortable and almost new. The kitchen is well equipped. Please note that this is a 'homestay' - the owner lives on site. No cooking after 9:15 p.m. Quiet hours 10 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (this includes use of the kitchen and all other common areas) If you would like to return home late at night, please request it BEFORE making a reservation.
