(Use of main host’s/family level not permitted, not 420 friendly). 🛏 Master bedroom with a lock, Purple Mattress queen size bed, 43” Roku smart TV, universal cell phone charging stations, mini heater/fan, luggage stand and locking closet. 🚿 Private 3/4 bathroom with shower (Towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron and other toiletries provided) 🛋 Living room with sofa, recliner, small desk with usb/electrical outlets and smart TV. We also have a portable “Pack ‘n Play” for infants ☕️ Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, hot/cold water dispenser, ice maker, k-cup coffee maker and toaster. Snacks, oatmeal, multiple coffee/hot chocolate k-cup pods, tea, condiments and disposable utensils, plates and bowls provided (use of upstairs host’s/family kitchen not permitted) 🦸🏽‍♀️ We can refill the supplies and empty the trash daily (if requested) but we do not enter the bedrooms during your stay 🐿The location is a combination of city and nature which makes it accessible, close to everything and quiet. 📲Please visit “Katia & Robert’s Airbnb” on YouTube for a visual tour of our guest area💻. Guest access 🚪Common access (shared with hosts) through the green front door of the house utilizing a smart lock for convenient self check-in. Enter the basement guest suite through the host’s main level, in the living room right next to the stairs.
