Please manage your own expectations. The space Is a furnished condominium unit. With Double sized bed with foam and mattress, sofa bed, ACU, shower heater, dining table, refrigerator, electric kettle , microwave , basic dishes and pans, induction cooker, rice cooker,flat iron, iron stand, hair dryer. Please be reminded that this is not a hotel, its a private condominium , housekeeping charged is good for one booking, however if you wish to have additional housekeeping and change of linen this has additional charge of php 800.00 for housekeeping and laundry services . Please manage your own expectations as everything inside my unit and community was stated here. . Guest access Guests can access the gym located at the ground floor . Relax and Take a dip in the Swimming pool , located at the roof top but you need to use stairs going to the pool area . Swimming up to 10pm only . Shower Area available at the pool area for rinsing. Wet guests and homeowners were to roam outside the pool area: Bringing of food is not allowed in the pool area and gym , please observe rules and regulations. Other things to note 🟢Check-in time : 2o’clock in the afternoon 🔴Check-out time on or before 12noon. ✅🕑Early check-in and late 🕛check-out were subject to additional charges since this will be needed to adjust time in scheduling. ✅An additional charge of php 850.00 is charged for early check-in , 30mns to 4hrs . Exceeding to 4hours onwards this will be charged as one day equivalent . ✏️Late check-out is charged in fraction of one to 4 hours is charged php850.00 and exceeding to 4 hours will be charged on one day equivalent. ❇️Please bear with us for we will be adjusting this to our calendar and applicable only if dates were available for early check-in and late check-out. 🟢Additional php500.00 for the the third guest will be charged . Unit can accept up to 3 guests only. 🟢Pay street parking available and fenced parking area at the side of Stamford Executive Residences open 24/7. They offer 24hrs parking. 🟢Any damage(including stains on sofa bed 2000.00 and bed cushion 1500.00 , high chair 600.00 each ) for shampoo cleaning. 🟢Lost key will be charged Php1,000.00 ❌No Smoking Policy ❌Pets not allowed ❌Parties / Event not allowed 🟢Garbage disposal located at the basement 1 of the building, right side of the elevator. Please don’t leave garbage outside the unit’s door step and in the trash bin upon check out To avoid insects with in the area. 🟢We offer disc on a week stay and a month stay or more . 🟢We accept booking only thru Airbnb. 🟢Any violation/ damage of properties inside the unit and with in the building’s premises as stated above will be charged accordingly.
