The 1 Bedroom "North Apartment" is located in our newly renovated beach house, perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor in Fire Island Pines. The house has 2 outdoor decks with a pool and a hot tub, both with ocean views. The apartment has a queen size bed, Heat & A/C units in every room, internet, TV and much more amenities! The space Our house is a modern, newly designed beach house with ocean views, perfectly located just seconds away from the ocean and only three blocks from the harbor in Fire Island Pines. The house has two bedrooms / two bathrooms and it also has two 1-bedroom apartments that we rent: North and South Apartments. Both apartments offer: - Independent entrances - A bedroom with a queen-size bed - A bed/sofa in the living room - Heat & A/C units in every room - Kitchenette - Bathroom with shower - Wifi - Internet conected TV - Washer and dryer (shared for both apartments) - Outdoor Grill - Private Outdoor Area (Only North Apartment) - And much more... The apartments have access to the outdoor decks, pool and hot-tub during day hours: 10am to 8pm We are the owners of the house, and we take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and classy. We hope you enjoy everything the Pines has to offer; however, this is not a party house and there's no smoking allowed inside or out. Guest access The apartments have access to the outdoor decks, pool and hot-tub during day hours: 10am to 8pm. Pool season is usually between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, depending on weather. Other things to note We are dog friendly! Our dog, Nina, is a 15 lb. white Havanese. She is completely hypoallergenic, so don't worry if you have dog allergies (as I do!). She is very friendly with other furry friends, but she is usually shy with humans. However, we are sure that by the end of your stay, you will probably be best buddies. She loves walks on the beach. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please let us know for pre-approval. During your stay, we just ask you not to leave your pet unattended in the house. Pets are not allowed on furniture. An extra cleaning fee for the whole stay will be requested.
