Beautiful coachhouse located on a Lake Delavan estate with everything you could possibly need for an excellent adventure. This 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home sleeps 6 + guests. The home is set back from the lake with grounds that include fire pit, pond, and pier on the lake WITH A SLIP!! This airbnb has it all!! On Lake Delavan, Near Fonanta & Williams Bay Lake Geneva. The space This is a coach house on a large property. The main house on the grounds is not accessible to guests, but you will have access to all the amenities on the property such as grill,, pier, fire pit. (Second house on property is owner's home and not continually occupied. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are not licensed to be used through Airbnb, so not included) Guest access PIer, grill, parking, yard.
