Guests will have access to our fully furnished and best facilities apartment FREE access to the pool, includes a children’s play area under cover, and a paddling pool, BBQ facilities, and lazy chairs etc. The space + 28 m2 with kitchen (including cooking utensils for meal preparations) + 1 Queen size bed with fresh linen including bath towels and face washer. 1 sofa at living room + 1 bathroom including hair dryer. +43 inch smart TVs with full HD channels, inc HBO, Cinemax, Fox Movies, Fox Sport, CN and many more. + Free high-speed wifi connection - circa 20-25mbps Download speed and unlimited data. + Shampoo, and shower gel are provided. + We have a big fridge which, for your convenience, can be used for a big family. + Complimentary Mineral water, Tea, and Coffee. + Discrete 24 hour security 24/7 accessibility. + Convenient stores: 7eleven, and Vinmart are on the ground floor, open 24/7, so you can buy many necessaries without going out of the building (even food and veggies) Guest access You can access the apartment 24/7. The receiption is available from 8am until 5pm. Your security Key allows access to your floor (16 th Floor) and The pool level 7. Other things to note If guests stay in long term ( more than 3 weeks), please note that the building management fee, electric and water bills should be separated with the rental price and it could be paid as you use. Security protocols of our building require your passport details and Vietnam visa details for registration with our Complex Management and Security, very similar to most higher class hotels, it is as much about your safety as it is about others residing here. We advise our guests to forward these details via email in advance so the check in can be as fast as possible allowing you can to start relaxing sooner in your apartment. - Please check the visa requirements carefully before your trip. Missing visa documents may ruin holidays and I don't want it to happen to you. - Please note that electricity in Vietnam is 220V. - Please turn off the lights, the air-conditioner and other electrical facilities when you leave the room, in order to save energy, and preserve our Planet! ;) - Please don’t smoke inside. - Please take off your shoes when you get in the apartment.
