T2P Mimosa house is a wonderful starting point for those who want to discover Porto and the surroundigns. Near the Luiz I bridge, near everything, a few meters away from the metro and train station. 5minutes walk from downtown and river Douro. The space The house has a total of 55sq metres living area. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a bed for two and the other with 1 single beds . In the living area there is a sofa bed where 2 adults or children can sleep confortably, and a LCD TV. WiFi is available all around. In the dining area there is a table with seats for 5. WC has a shower, all linen is provided free of charge. The kitchen has all appliances (stove, hoven, water boiler, toaster, coffe machine, microwave, dish-washer machine), and there is a large hall area at the entrance, and cloth washing machine. Outside we have a 15 sq metres lounge whith table and seats, where a nice meal can be enjoyed in a sunny afteernoon. Linen and towels available free of charge. Children and babies are welcome here (we provide baby cot and baby meal chair free of charge, under request). Bycicles available for renting (5€/ day) Other things to note The place is so quiet and yet, so close to everything you won´t believe it! City centre just 5 min walking distance. Jardim do Morro and metro station only 5 min walking distance. We have bikes available for rent (aditional cost: 15€ per day) In all reservations from 2018 forward there is a city tax below indicated that is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon check-in: City tax of Vila Nova de Gaia: - 2,5€ per person and per night splet, till maximum of 7 nights Children below 16 yo do not pay this city tax.
