A quiet light-filled one-bedroom with full kitchen, bath and courtyard located in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood of close-in North Portland. Just a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods with popular eateries and shopping. Walker/Runner? Bring your shoes as we're a block off the bluff on Willamette Blvd. Enjoy the view of the city and on a clear day, you'll see Mt. Hood. AC/Heat, wifi and a full kitchen. Green Zebra grocery and a few restaurants are within a 5-10 min walk. The space The entire guesthouse and semi-private enclosed courtyard are yours to enjoy. Just under 450 sq ft, this lovely guest house was once part of my garage. It’s been transformed to a light and bright useable space welcoming guests, family and friends. The other half is still being used as a garage. So, if you hear a garage door, that's why! Wifi There is continuous wifi throughout and a Roku Smart TV is available. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive your keypad code and House Manual. Please read the house manual to ensure a satisfying stay. Guest access Separate entry through an enclosed semi-private courtyard. From the front of the house, walk along the north side of the house (it's the right side of the house) until you get to the gate.
