Full access to the living room, a large dining table with 8 chairs, backyard lounge, and garden. This is a four bedroom house shared with family members and other guests. Our home welcomes individual who is willing to share space and are courteous. We really appreciate quiet and respectful guests. Other things to note House Rules: -The Bedroom is located upstairs (stairs are located at the end of the hallway) -We pre-assigned your room number so that you can easily locate your room. -Some room has a Shared bathroom* so( please keep your personal stuff in your room), -No pets allowed. A family member is allergic to animal dander. -No cooking, but you can use the microwave, toaster, electric kettle and the refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser ) please clean up after use. -Security Camera 24/7 on outside premises and hallways for guests safety and homeowners safety. -No smoking or vaping inside the house, any violation will result to a $200 cleaning fee. - No alcoholic beverages allowed -No drugs -No additional guests. The only overnight guests are those included during booking. Each unregistered overnight guest is an additional $50 a night. -No other visitors w/o informing the host -No shoes in the bedroom please.(Please leave your shoes upon entering the front door) -This room has “potential for Noise” if you need a quiet room please look for other listings. -Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am so guests and family members can have a restful night sleep. -Homeowner is not responsible for any of the Tenant’s lost or damaged items. -Your check in will serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of the house rules outlined above and on our listing.
