We are offering a two (2) bedroom unit good for up to six (6) guests and is located at the summer capital of the Philippines. Please note that our published per night rate adjusts after four (4) guests. Our unit is located on top of a hill with a superb view of the city from the balcony and also near the top tourist spots like Wright Park, Mines View Park and Camp John Hay. The space Apart from the unit interior and its completeness that you will enjoy and love, the building has the Deck which allows you to view more than 180 degrees of the city. It is just right on top of our unit and can be accessed through the stairs right in front of the unit. At the lower level of the building, you will find the Gym and a multi-purpose hall (both on pay-per-use), and a Cafe. Convenience Stores, wet and dry market and Laundromat are also nearby. Guest access Our personal caretaker will meet you at the Oakhill Building lobby to assist on your check-in. She will be also responsible for handing over the keys to you after ushering you to the unit. Self Check-In and Check-out are also available. But more importantly, we are also required to collect all guests' names and vehicle details for our Condominium Admin as part of their security requirement. Additional information and instructions will be provided after you confirm your booking with us. Other things to note Should you be bringing your vehicle, we have a dedicated, covered and secured Parking Slot at basement 1 next to the elevator. If you need an extra Parking Slot, we can arrange it for you but you will cover the fees with the Condo Admin. We also encourage our guests to bring their own drinking water and cooking ingredients including salt, pepper, and cooking oil if you plan to cook in our unit. We refrain to provide these for the health and safety of our guests. ***Corona Virus Prevention Protocol - All guests are required to wear their masks properly whenever they go outside our unit. They must also bring their santizers and use them whenever they are outside our unit. Washing with soap for more than 20 seconds frequently are also encouraged.***
