Condo in Parowan

Large condo w/2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, one w/a shower/tub combo and the other a shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Located across from the Lyons park and in walking distance to city pool and fairgrounds. (Iron County Fair). I love the fact that the fireworks go off in my front yard and I can walk to all the parades.. The space Conveniently located for Brianhead skiing, sightseeing in Bryce Canyon, Zion and Cedar Breaks. The Glider show and Iron County Fair. We are also about 1 hour from Eagle Point ski resort. Yankee Meadows and Panguitch are close by too. The locals are friendly and the area is great for any outdoor activities. ATV riding trails, fishing, biking, taking photos, skiing, horseback riding etc. Guest access There are charcoal BBQs across the street at the Lyons Park for anyone to use. We can set up table and chairs on front deck if wanted. Also each unit has its own firewood for the winter months in a designated area. I will leave 2 nights ( approx 12 logs) for you to use. The park across the street is for public use and the city pool is available at a small fee. You can pay there. Other things to note The Parowan market has pretty much everything you will need for cooking but it is closed on Sundays along with the hardware store. There is a Family Dollar on Main street as you head towards the freeway. Mavericks carries Krispy Kreme Donuts just in case you are craving them. I can also provide a BOB jogging stroller, pac and play and booster/high chair for your little one. Small fee of 10.00 Please message me if you are needing these things. The air-conditioning is portable window units which are removed from Labor Day weekend and reinstalled Memorial day weekend. There are fans in each bedroom and the great room as well as a few floor fans year round.
