Our home is located in a peaceful community within Arch Cape. The home has ocean views and is only a short walk to a beautiful beach, which is secluded. The home is beautifully decorated with up to date bathrooms and a full-size kitchen with everything needed. Upstairs has three bedroom & two full baths. The downstairs has an apartment of its own with 1 bedroom a living room equipped with TV, DVD and playstation w/ games & a kitchenette & dining room table. We do have a pet fee of $35.00/pet. Entire house Beach access is only a short walk away. To a secluded beach with no public parking available. I live in Portland however I do have maintenance and cleaning crews at the coast. We are close to hug point state park. The coolest towns are Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Having a car is a necessity. We have 3 parking spots outside for cars. Cell phone reception is not very good at the house however we do have a land line and WiFi calling works well.
