Enjoy a relaxing stay at Alma Marina, our warm Mediterranean apartment with terrace overlooking the marina and sea. Located in peaceful Marina Greenwich, just a short walk from the beach, pool and restaurants, and a short drive from Altea and Calpe. Away from the crowds yet close to everything, it's the perfect place to unwind, slow down and enjoy life by the sea. The space The apartment welcomes you into a warm and comfortable living space, designed with natural materials and earthy tones to create a relaxing atmosphere. The living room features a dining table for up to 6 people and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with two single beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two separate singel beds and a second bathroom with a shower. The terrace is the heart of the apartment - a cozy outdoor space with seating and a table, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch or a relaxed evening overlooking the marina. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential urbanization where peace and respect for the surroundings are very important. We recommend having a car, as public transport options near the marina are limited. Parking is available within the urbanization, but during busy periods (especially in summer), its ay take a little time to find a spot. During the warmer months, the marina offers various water activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing and boat rentals. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations in the Valencia region, we are required to register guests and therefore ask for identification details before or upon arrival.
