We would love to welcome you to our family villa located in a secure residence between vineyards & sea, under the eye of Cap Canaille. A true haven of relaxation, peace and quiet, only 1 km from the beach and the port. It has a private petanque court. The residence has a large communal swimming pool (220 m2) + tennis court. cleaning €150 and linen €19/person to be paid in addition to be paid on arrival. Check-in before 8 p.m. or €50 after 8 p.m. The space Superb house of 150 m2 , with 8 beds, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including 1 with toilet and 2 other independent toilets, i.e. 3 wc in total. Its amenities are particularly comfortable. The Kitchen is fully equipped. Large living room with fireplace, TV and Wifi, We then meet in a large covered veranda with dining area that opens onto a terrace and garden. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. A crib is available as well as a high chair. The garden in the shade is very appreciated in summer when returning from the beach or hikes, planted with Mediterranean essences whose flowers follow one another according to the season. Several terraces with multiple functions: meals, living room, sunbathing, children's games safely….. For your great comfort, a covered summer kitchen with large table (10 guests), plancha, fridge and a Cassis stone sink is at your disposal to share moments of happiness with family or friends. We would like to draw your attention to the cleaning fee of €140 as well as the linens €19/pers which will be paid upon arrival.
