1 Bedroom apartment located on the beach. Apartment is part of a privately owned community. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessed by steps only. The space There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a living/dining area. A separate bedroom and bath. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bed can be 2 twin beds or converted to a king bed. The living room has a pull-out couch for a 3rd guest. There is a walk-out balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of the garden, pool area and ocean. The balcony has 2 chairs, small table and a lounger. Very relaxing. Guest access Guests have access to the public beach. On our private beach there are loungers and cabanas for your enjoyment (cabanas out in winter only). Also for your convenience is a coin operated laundry facility. The community room is available for your enjoyment. Other things to note The bed can be a king bed or converted into 2 twin beds.
